Requirements for male applicants are the following:

• not more than 35 years old
• at least 168 cms tall
• weighs 58 to 78 kilos
• had a previous working experience as welder, air-condition technician, electrician, cook, food industry machine operator, and construction lathe operator

Do I have sufficient settlement supports?
Since, the MPNP is not a sponsorship program; applicants are required to present financial resources under the applicants’ name. This will prove that you can pay your migration fees to Manitoba, you can support yourself while you are still looking for job and you can settle successfully in Manitoba. They also require that applicants must have at least CDN$10,000 (Php 432,997) plus CDN$2,000 (Php86,599) for each accompanying dependent.

Can I submit a complete application with all required forms and documents?
After passing all the criteria, provide all the required documents listed in Documents Checklist (MDOC) for the principal applicant and all accompanying dependents. Only applications with complete documents will be accepted for assessment.

Human right according to Amnesty International USA is “basic rights and freedoms that all people are entitled to regardless of nationality, sex, national or ethnic origin, race, religion or language, or other status. Human rights are protected and upheld by international and national laws and treaties”.

That is missing here in Kuwait. Expatriates are mostly treated unfairly by the authorities as well as the ordinary citizens. Kuwaitis think they are created superior to other nationalities.

Because of this, the Kuwait Human Rights Society (KHRS) received many complaints related to the deportation of huge numbers of expatriate workers whose names were registered with fake companies. The Kuwait Government should take steps to counter the establishment of fake companies and end human trafficking.

Expatriates sacrificed a lot to be able to work in Kuwait. The responsibility for violations in the issuance of their residency permits should not be blamed on the Expatriates. This should fall in the head of the traffickers.

The Kuwait Government should take steps to ensure that the expatriates are treated humanely and valid residency permits should be issued under their previous company or could obtain work with, as stated by KHRS.

Filipino medical workers are expected to be hired in Guam, not only Filipino construction workers. Increase in the demand of health care workers in Guam are expected come 2012.

According to Emmanuel Geslani “Aside from construction workers, Guam will also be hiring nurses and other health care workers with the impending relocation of US Marines and dependents in Okinawa”. He added that aspiring Filipino nurses and doctors can now prepare by taking the necessary licensure examinations.

Health care workers such as medical technicians in radiology, cardio labs, CT-Scan, occupational and physical therapists, medical transcriptionists and administrative personnel are also required in Guam.

First quarter of the year 2010 is the expected start of deploying Filipino construction workers in Guam. But just a reminder to all Filipino workers who are aspiring to apply in Guam, recruitment has yet to start and job orders are not yet available according to POEA and recruitment industry officials.

Filipino applicants need not spend much because the US government declared that there should be no placement fee in the recruitment of foreign workers.

This will strengthen the Kingdom’s security according to Foreign Undersecretary Prince Khaled bin Saud. This immigration policy will not include relatives of iqama holders unless they are workers themselves.

Victor Fernandez Jr., President of Philippine Association of Service Exporters, Inc. (PASEI) said that they have given hints that the  new immigration process will begin next month. Saudi Arabia has begun fingerprinting and taking digital full-face photos of foreigners coming for Umrah and work visa purposes.

Once the worker is blacklisted, the employers could no longer make a request to remove the worker’s name from the blacklist.

Try to read Arab Times – Kuwait, and most of the news are related to crimes; crimes that are perpetrated in most cases by Egyptians, Pakistanis and Bangladeshis including Kuwaitis. But this does not mean that other nationalities are not doing illegal businesses in Kuwait.

Because of the increasing crime rate, the Immigration Department at the Ministry of Interior will not grant any expatriate a residency unless they show an official letter from security authorities stating that they have no criminal record. The letter should be authenticated by the home country as well as the Kuwait Embassy in that country.

This process will start this August 2009. This will be applicable to men, women, company residencies and dependent visas.

Is it going to prevent criminals or wanted persons from entering Kuwait? How safe is Kuwait for Expatriates?

There is no question that Filipinas are some of the most beautiful and desirable women in Asia. This is why a lot of men from other nationalities prefer to have a Filipina girlfriend or wife. The sight of a western guy and a Filipina together as a couple is already a common sight in the Philippines, especially in Manila. In the U.S, there are lots of American men with a Filipina wife.

So what makes Filipinas so attractive to western men? First, there is no denying the simple but unique beauty of Filipinas. Second, Filipinas are very smart and friendly. Foreigners are often amazed at how well people in the Philippines speak English. Remember that the Philippines used to be a colony of the U.S. during World War II. The Americans have taught Filipinos their language, which explains why most Filipinos are bilingual. Filipinas combine their competitive ability to speak English with their natural charm, and this attracts the foreign guys. These women value the importance of education, and prioritize this above anything else. They strive to learn continuously, they read magazines, watch the news and take advance education to improve their skills.

Third, Filipinas are known for their great domestic skills. Most Filipino households function without the help of maids, and the women in the house are often tasked to handle housekeeping tasks. Filipinas are taught how to cook, clean the house and do laundry at a young age. This is why most Filipino women can organize a household without any trouble at all; they have been doing it all their lives. Western men who married Filipinas enjoy the pleasures of coming home everyday to a clean house and delicious, home-cooked meal on the table. Aside from housekeeping, most Filipinas make good mothers. Since Filipinos have strong family ties, they take turns taking care of the babies in their family, be it their own children, nephews, nieces or grandchildren. Filipinas can take care of their own children without the assistance of nannies. Working mothers often relieve the nanny from their duties as soon as they arrive home from work.

Lastly, Filipinas are religious. Most of the Filipinos are Roman Catholics, and this makes them traditional when it comes to moral and spiritual values. Their religious upbringing is what makes Filipinas honest and responsible. They have respect for their elders, especially their parents. If you want to make a good impression on your Filipina girlfriend, you must respect her religion and the practices related to it.

The Swine flu is caused by a strain of flu that is native to pigs. Symptoms of swine flu appear to be similar to other general strains of the flu. Most cases appear to exhibit only mild symptoms, however there are some which have become worse and even fatal.

Swine Flu’s Effect on Business and E-commerce:

It seems that nothing drives people to the media and the news like the breakout of a pandemic. The Swine flu has people listening to news updates daily and even hourly for any new facts about what is going on with this worldwide illness. The swine flu may even stir up increased business for some online business people.
